Battle Map 2 App Reviews

Everytime i try to open a map it crashs, i cant see the grid on my ipad air and cant put a map using the background feature

Although its expensive as all hell, its great. Its allowed my DND, SWRPG, and WOD campaigns have an element of techno fun.

Well worth the money.

It wont start up. I click it and then it goes bit the goes right back to the homescreen. I am very disappointed. Do I need a certain type of software or is it my phone. I have a 3G

When are new objects coming out?

Interface is polished and easy to use. Theres a lack of tokens, but for the most part this app is perfect for designing dungeons and massive battlefields. Especially when you hook it up to a tv.

Battle Map is a good replacement for an erasable combat grid, but its limited grid size and tile set makes it poorly suited for fully replacing paper maps.

But very expensive app that still cant do the trick beyond very simplistic designs. I emailed the devs and they responded battle map 2 should have more functionality but you will have to purchase it separate.

Waiting for more tiles and creature tokens. I also bought it after talking with dev re live sharing info/map with my players who also have iPads... Still waiting and I hope I wont have to buy for a v2...

We need more creatures and we need walls....and it will be perfect...

Got an ipad 2 with ios 6.0.1. The app closes right away as soon as i open it.Dissapointing considering the amount of money the app cost and the time it took to get an update. Hope it will get fixed soon

If you have ever thought an iPad could improve DND, its because of this app right here! Multiple device connectivity, power tools, and gorgeous retina display graphics! Worth every penny!

Title says it all. Also had the crash on open problem with ipad 2. Uninstalled, re-downloaded, and it works fine.

Great app. Thanks for adding a few more objects. The online play is great. Especially when coupled with a projector :-) :-)

Its a great game overall but it is missing one thing and that thing is... rpg pages gold counters and interactive npc a side from that it is the best rpg simulator on App Store, keep up good work.

Love the mapmaking abilities of this game and Im excited to use it for the first time. But I cant use it if it doesnt save my maps!! After creating a map and using another app, I reopen it and my maps are gone! Completely useless until this is fixed! Please fix soon!

10$ app with 2$ in app purchases needed to make a decent map.

Unusable to use on full screen external device. Looking for a better one
